Week 4
Lots of Progress this week.
The repiping has been complete. They still need to fill in the trench and I'm a little concerned that my front lawn irrigation pipework has been sacrified for the cause. I'll be able to check once they turn the water back on.
In the kitchen, the sliding door is in and the rough plumbing for both sinks are done.
The downstairs bathroom also has completed plumbing, including the convoluted pipework required for the on-demand water heater. The new electrical panel has been installed in the wall at the foot of the stairs. A nice picture or other wall hanging will hide that nicely. The wiring from the old panel hasn't been moved yet. I must remember to ensure the electrician labels the breakers.
Guest bathroom has the plumbing for the sinks have been done and the shower now has the heat controls installs. Temperature based, so no more fiddling with controls. Remember "your number" and turn the dial.
The master bath also has the plumbing done for the sink and the shower temperature control. One control each for shower, body jets and hand shower. A new vent has appeared in the ceiling. The framing for the pocket door looks nearly done, too.
Without further ado, here are the pictures:
